The Western extension of the Santa Fe Trail, over which pioneers traveled to California, was known as the Mojave Road. This trail ends at the current location of the Trails End Cafe.

On April 3,2010 the Trails End Cafe Cook with Joel and Leroy went for a short desert ride to Slash X. A beautiful Spring day in the High Desert would have been enjoyed more if the Cook could have kept his bike upright.
On January 1, 2010 the Trails End Cafe Cook with Hector, Joel, Dave and Leroy showed up for the annual "Hangover from Hell" ride. We rode up to the top of the Cajon Pass and Applewhite Canyon. A stop for breakfast at the Summit Inn was part of this 70-mile ride. As can be seen below, the weather was Perfect!
In August of 2008 a group of Trails End Cafe regulars rode the 33rd Annual Colorado 500 Charity Dirt Bike Ride. Good friends met from all over the world to ride together for another great year. Pictures below are in no particular order.
The best part was meeting with old and new friends!
The weather was perfect for five days and the scenery was beautiful!
